We're currently scaling the team behind our VPN Application and looking for an Infrastructure Engineer (project-based, part-time).
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain the network data plane: WireGuard, kernel routing, nftables/tproxy, ipset, CoreDNS
Set up egress through SOCKS5 proxies (ISP/residential)
Develop the control plane: IP manager, VPN config management, IP allocation, state machine, prober service
Integrate with Postgres, Slack, and CLI tools
Handle deployment, monitoring, alerting, and 24/7 node operations
Requirements
Solid command of Linux networking: routing, netfilter/nftables, WireGuard, tunnels
Experience building services in Go
Understanding of operations: deployment, monitoring, system reliability
Hands-on experience with egress/routing and policy routing/tproxy
Background in VPN, ISP, or residential proxy environments
